The Douro River Valley is one of the most impressive landscapes in the World, rightly classified by UNESCO as World Heritage. It is the oldest region D.O.C. With origin in the Roman times A.C .. Its Micro Mediterranean Climate / Continental as well as the schist soils provide absolutely unique conditions that make that its Port is a World reference. The table wines are also remarkable, being of the Portuguese wine regions that the most awarded wines have with high notes of world references such as the Wine Spectator.
Douro Moscatel wine is produced from the Galician moscatel caste, within the Douro Demarcated Region, in zones with altitudes between 550 and 650 meters.

VINIFICATION
Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and controlled alcoholic fermentation at 22-23 is further interrupted by fermentation and wine spirit added to increase its alcohol content and ensure a high level of residual sugars.
